However, this product has not been laboratory tested, and no specific SPF claim is being made. Individual results may vary depending on application amount, activity level, and sun exposure. Reapply frequently, especially during peak sun hours, after swimming, sweating, towel drying, or prolonged outdoor activity.

Tallow (rendered fat from beef cattle) is an organic product and as a result can vary in texture and scent depending on the animals' diet and environment. Small changes can be expected in your final product from batch to batch.

CARE: Tallow is a saturated fat and will melt or harden depending on the temperature of its surroundings. If your sunscreen is too firm, we recommend keeping it in a warm room of your home or warming it between your hands until it is soft enough to apply. If it becomes too soft or melts, please place it in a cool area until firm. Storing it in a cool, dry area is best for this product.
